The Customer

The customer is the person making the booking and who is solely responsible for the booking.

Deposits and payments

A deposit of £50 (non refundable in the event of cancellation) is required on booking and the outstanding balance is due 30 days prior to the hire of the vehicle. If a booking is made with less than 30 days until the days hire then the balance must be paid in full on booking.

The Booking Price

The Booking Price is the price quoted once a route and all requirements have been established between All Luv’Dub and The Customer. Our price will always be quoted as an all inclusive price, once an agreement has been made to the type of hire package agreed, that is the price you will pay therefore no VAT or hidden charges will be added at a later date.

How to pay

We accept several methods of payment, PayPal, Personal cheques, postal orders, bank transfers all made payable to All Luv’Dub


Whilst every effort is afforded to maintain the serviceability of the vehicles, due to their age, responsibility cannot be accepted for mechanical, electrical or material breakdown whatsoever. In this unlikely event, every effort will be made for the immediate repair to the vehicle so that the journey can continue, or The Customer will be transferred to another vehicle{s} so that the journey can continue. Any reasonable extra cost incurred will be borne by All Luv’Dub or a refund given. In the event of a breakdown or accident to the vehicle, booked prior to the date of the booking, every effort will be made to supply an alternative vehicle, at the All Luv’Dub discretion. If this is not acceptable to the customer a refund will be given. In the event of breakdown or accident, no responsibility will be accepted for missed connections and/or functions howsoever caused.


All Luv’Dub cannot accept responsibility for weather conditions, or acts by other persons or organisations which may impact on the hire period. The hire vehicle is fitted with lap seatbelts as it is a classic car, and it is therefore the customer’s responsibility to consider whether or not it is appropriate for young children to travel in the vehicle.

Booking and Transport Refusal

All Luv’Dub reserve the right to refuse a booking. All Luv’Dub also reserve the right to refuse entry to the vehicle or to any person(s) they deem unfit for whatsoever reason, and can refuse to continue the journey if any person(s) behave in a manner which may be detrimental to any other person or the vehicles and its contents. In this event, no refund will be given.

Damage by Customers

Customers must note that they are liable for any damage caused inside and outside the vehicles by either themselves or any other member of their party. The Customer will agree to be liable for the total retail cost of the repair and All Luv’Dub will determine the location of the repair. All Luv’Dub will also impose a £100.00 valeting charge if the vehicle is misused through food, drink or illness.

Loss of Belongings

All Luv’Dub will not accept any liability for any belongings lost by The Customer or any of their party whilst using its services. The Vehicle will be supervised most of the time, but the driver cannot take responsibility for the customer’s belongings, and all valuables must be taken away with them.


All Luv’Dub will take photographs at your event and we may use them on our website or for other promotional material, If you do not wish your photos to be used on the website, please advise us at the time of booking and they will not be put online.

No Smoking Policy

We operate a strict no smoking policy in all of our vehicles Bookings are accepted only on the understanding that the client understands and accepts the above terms and conditions as set out by All Luv’Dub, and the payment of the deposit signifies such an acceptance. By making a booking, The Customer has entered into a binding contract with All Luv’Dub. All Luv’Dub discretion will be exercised at all times, in a manner to keep the customer, the driver and vehicle safe.
